Complex for testing and regulation of the electric energy meters

 

 

Purpose and composition

 

The complex is designed for testing and regulation of single-phase, three-phase, three-wire, four-wire induction and electronic energy meters of active and reactive, including another ones produced according to ГОСТ 30206-94, ГОСТ 30207-94, ГОСТ 6570-96 in the laboratory and production conditions.
The accuracy class of the tested active energy meters is 0.5 and less precise.

The additional error caused by changing of the a.c. mains voltage is within the operating range in modes of power measurement, voltage and current root-measurement values and the estimation of the tested meters errors do not exceed half of the limit of the acceptable main error.
The additional error of the active energy current and voltage measurement upon changing of the ambient temperature from 10 to 35°C does not exceed 0.1% for each 10°C temperature change.
The additional error of the active energy measurement caused by voltage and current frequency deviation by ±5% from the rated value does not exceed 0,1%
The average complex mean-cycles–between–failures upon observing the maintenance measurements stated in Operation Manual is no fewer 10000 hours
The time of the operating mode setting is no more 10 minutes
The acceptable period of the complex continuous work is 20 hours upon observing the maintenance rules, stated in the present Operation Manual
The average service life is no more 10 years
